Terms for Prize Challenges
Ballistics Report holds challenges from time to time where users can win prizes. Terms, rules, and conditions apply in order for users to win and redeem prizes.
Entries and Prizes
Users can earn entries and entry/entries will be picked to select the winner(s) of the stated Prize. Entries can be earned multiple ways and are detailed in the Challenge. The stated Prize is detailed in the Challenge.
Disqualification
Any Entry that is earned via a "qualifying range session" or "qualifying shot group" must meet the criteria of the challenge as well as be a REAL and VALID, Live Fire, shot group. Any range sessions/shot groups that are deemed to be Fake, duplicated, or otherwise not genuine will be disqualified from the Challenge and corresponding Entries will be revoked. Users who continue to submit invalid "qualifying range session" or invalid "qualifying shot group" may be banned from the challenge and be banned from entering future prize winning challenges.
Redeeming Prizes
Winners will be alerted via the app of their winnings. Winners will have up to 90 days from the end of the challenge to respond and redeem their prizes. Winners are required to submit some information which may include name, email address, mailing address in order to receive their prizes. Ballistics Report reserves the right to offer cash equivalent to the prize in the form of a gift card.
